• Provide the appropriate resources and training to our staff for the never-ending process of quality improvement.
• Review our quality objective periodically to identify opportunity for improvement.
• Implement cost deduction program to meet customers cost target.

Conflict Mineral Policy

As a socially responsible company, Orisystems committed to sourcing components and materials originate outside the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries, come from scrap or recycled sources, or are supplied from smelters that have been validated by an independent private sector party to be conflict free (Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum and Gold).

Orisystems expects each supplier to do the following:

• Adopt a policy of responsible sourcing of minerals
• Implement due diligence processes to support that policy
• Source materials from socially responsible suppliers
• Encourage suppliers to engage in responsible sourcing from conflict free smelters
• Complete and return the Conflict Mineral Reporting Template

Suppliers who are non-compliance to these requirements shall be reviewed by Material Review Board for future businesses.
